The Democratic Republic of Congo à la Carte, DRCC Foundation is a Dutch nonprofit, apolitical organization based in The Hague, the Netherlands, established in 2014 by the Diaspora Women in order to transform the expertise of the diaspora into a lever for sustainable reconstruction in the DRC.
